Pat's Big Bass

Pat is another satisfied client of Tony Coatney's Mexico guide service to Lake Cuchillo. They grow 'em big south of the border and Pat knows how to catch 'em. This beauty made for a classic portrait, painted in our new 18x24 size. I've worked on my underpainting technique to suit this size and retain high detail. This size looks great as a trophy portrait, and at 1.5 x 2 feet it fits any room perfectly. I plan to paint more of this format.
